Please note the following terms and conditions when booking our courses and workshops:

• Course fees are exclusive of VAT.

• A course is confirmed only after full payment has been received. Payment may be made by debit or credit card over the phone or by posting a cheque.

• Course booking confirmation and other pre-course information is sent via email.   For this purpose, please make sure we have your current email address.

• CPD certificates are provided at the end of each course to delegates who have completed the training.

• Our cancellation policy:  Courses that are cancelled more than two weeks in advance are refundable, less a £12 administration fee. Courses cancelled less than two weeks in advance are not refundable or changeable.

• We reserve the right to cancel a course at any time and for any reason. Should we need to cancel a course, your course fee will be refunded in full.

• Please take care of your personal belongings and your personal safety while on our training events. We are not responsible for items that are lost or stolen during our courses and workshops nor are we responsible for accidents, illness or personal injury sustained during our training events.

• Please submit all comments about our courses and workshops in writing. We will respond within 5 days, where possible. We welcome all feedback.
