skypeCOUNSELLING

Technology is changing the way we communicate and changing the way we connect with each other. For several years, we have provided therapy around the world via Skype. While nothing can replace traditional face to face therapy, counselling using technologies like

Skype has made therapy accessible to everyone.

Skype counselling may be useful to clients who live in countries where therapy in their preferred language is not readily available, or for clients who prefer the privacy of therapy

from their own homes. Skype counselling has been invaluable to people who are disabled or housebound, allowing access to counselling and psychotherapy without the need for travel.

With Skype counselling, your choice of therapist is not limited to your geographic location. You may choose a therapist from almost anywhere in the world.

Our Skype sessions have the same structure and continuity of face to face therapy.

Sessions are held weekly, by appointment. At the time of booking a Skype consultation,

we will give you our Skype user name and ask for yours. Your therapist will conduct Skype sessions in a private room maintaining the same standards of privacy and confidentiality as in personal face to face therapy.

While online counselling may not be suitable for everyone, many people feel that online technology allows opportunities that would not be possible otherwise. Contact our offices if you would like more information about Skype counselling.
