corporateWORKSHOPS MBTI® Myers-Briggs Type Indicator, London
We are qualified administrators of the Myers Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI). We can organise MBTI group workshops for corporate clients, private management teams, staff 'away days' and other corporate training events. Many organisations in the private sector use psychometric testing for staff development and staff training. MBTI workshops can be useful as staff members learn about their own personality type as well as those of their colleagues.
The Myers Briggs Type Indicator is the most widely used personality typing questionnaire in the world. More than 4m questionnaires are completed around the world each year.
Based on the work of Swiss psychologist Carl Jung, the MBTI questionnaire asks 88 multiple-choice questions. There are no right or wrong answers to the questions. The results of the questionnaire identify the participant as being one of 16 personality types, each associated with a unique set of behavioural characteristics and values. For many, the MBTI is a safe and effective way to increase self awareness and to learn about others.
We can organise full or half-day MBTI corporate workshops for groups of up to 35 people. Our MBTI workshops are facilitated by a Chartered Occupational Psychologist who has many years' experience providing psychometric test workshops in a variety of organisations. Participants gain insight into their own personality as well as the personalities of their colleagues. Our MBTI workshops in London are a fun and creative avenue towards staff development and training.
